Tools provided by the HUSAR Biofinformatics Lab in a collaboration of
the Department of Molecular Biophysics at DKFZ
and the Steinbeis Transfer Center for Genome Informatics:
- more than 200 locally installed databases available in HUSAR and/or SRS:
- HUSAR (Sequence Analysis Software Package)
- GENSCAN (Gene Prediction)
- PHYLIP (Phylogenetic Analysis Programs)
- EST Cluster
- Program Packages for Genetic Linkage Analysis
- The Bioccelerator (quick database searches)
Some of the programs are free, others require registration.
Registration for an account is a simple process. A free test account allows you to have access for 4 weeks. Please visit the About us page to get more information about the HUSAR Bioinformatics Lab and our products.
